Fluton Polymers retails various polymer products, including FRP/GRP, HDPE, LDPE, and PVC Manhole Covers and Footsteps (the “Products”).
a. Product Information: We endeavor to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Service are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
b. Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be added to the price.
3. Orders and Payment
a. Order Acceptance: The receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.
b. Payment: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on the website. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) utilized in connection with any transaction.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
a. Shipping Costs:
- Shipping is free for orders over ₹499/-.
- Shipping charges will apply for orders under ₹499/-.
b. Delivery Time:
- We offer Next Day Delivery free of charge for orders over ₹999/- where applicable, subject to product availability and delivery location within our defined service area. Standard shipping times apply for all other orders.
- Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
c. Risk of Loss: All Products purchased from the Service are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
